would anyone care to speculate on what a post-WWIII Obama surrender speech would look like?

Since it's a foregone conclusion that this person is fully capable of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory (if such jaws still exist for America), we might as well brace ourselves for inevitable "The Address to the Nation". Obama will, of course, be at his lying "best", but what would the speech actually look like? Anyone out there with a strong stomach wanna give this a go?
