Those 'in the know' use timing, plan out their stratagies to have the biggesr impact at the best time..all to encourage the desired outcome that benefits them. That is nothing new. People using knowledge to exploit others who lack knowledge.

Do they think doing their deed at that time of climax makes it more potent? It sounds like black magic to me. Also, did you notice the uber drive did his shooting during that climax phase before the full moon. I see people in the news doing that kind of stuff right at the same time a lot.
