Your motives may be inquisitive or purely trollish. I'll play devil's advocate (drums) and believe your back story for this. Nonetheless, I must remark on your motif of people management on world scales. This is a topic I've found confounding. How to reconcile the idea of creating acceptable living conditions with the recognition of human nature. It's unreasonable to believe Joe 6 Pack is evolved enough to detach and be void of self-interest and acknowledging the larger picture at work. Thus, instruments of propaganda, fiat, and divide & conquer are used to manage people with the belief they tame the herd. Even if the truth of the world was revealed the mental prison called ego and continuous thoughts will distract and emote populaces. I admit I'm not certain of said universal truths and would be foolish to know truth I have not experienced. Well, at least I know 1=1 ;)

My question for you is what drives you at the end of the day? When you have that much in assets, do you focus on the material or the vision? The human ship can go far if steered right. Mars can be just the first step, and I think technology and knowledge exist that can restructure society quickly and effectively. We just need the vision and incentives clearly articulated.

My point here is that the RELIGION might well be the acceptance of SECRET LAW. Esoteric knowledge, and if you get enough people believing God revived Jesus from the dead for example it is no longer a cult, simply because you have people willing to die or kill about it.

Hopefully you find some support that these "families" actually hold shares in the Fed. If you can find it in the public law - the Fed Act - then I will take a serious look. But the remedy will still be right there in Section 16 at Title 12 USC 411.
