The show has 'flash backs' to the past all the time of when he was still stranded on an island.. he usually has a goofy wig on with ugly long hair in those moments. When he's not in the past he's back home in Star City where's he's either being himself, Oliver Queen, or in his Arrow crime fighting outfit (which I believe was very rudimentary in the first season still) |
