FIrst, what is a monopole? A single charge of magnetic influence?

Earth looks like a monopole of electric potential to the Sun. Because the (+) ionosphere surrounds the (-) core.

If we can make a spherical magnetic rendition via machinery, we can have a monopole field to work with. Even though it is not a TRUE monopole by definition, it acts like one due to the one side of flux forced into the core.

This is why Earth rotates the Sun and doesn't fall in. The Planet has a monopole appearance of a (+) electric type. Which means we orbit the Suns rotating electric flux. We are following the rotating flux of the Sun.

If the planets electric field was flipped, the planet would orbit the other way.

The moon is an atomic rendition, not a planet rendition. Which means it has a linear electric flux. This linear electric flux will force the Moon to face Earth.

Other Moons can be of the planetary type, stuck on the rotating inertia field of the Planet.
