The next question then becomes: at WHICH geographic point will the release be made?

Where are the small (indicative) earthquakes happening right now?

Any educated guesses or hunches out there now?

Yeah the energy definitely feels a bit different, something deep going on and seems natural..

i would say a huge pulse of magma is feeding up into the magma plume under Yellowstone/the west of the usa, and as it does so, gases are being released, and escaping through the faults that created the peaks of the rockies

when this extremely hot material reaches the magma chamber(s) under yellowstone, the fun may begin. could be years away, BUT the Chaiten eruption 8 or so years ago, had a magma feed from deep that rose at WALKING speed, which is jet speed for deep magma

how long would it take you to walk from the west coast to yellowstone?

This CO cloud seemed to reach it peak on 2.26 and may have had it genisus from southern cal and up near the coast off of Eureka Calif. It then exploded to cover the state including the Bay Area. If it is a precurser to a major quake,the next 48 hours could be critical....especially tonight after 6 p.m. PST
