So do we have any comparisons of past carbon monoxide explosions on this radar thing-a-majig?

I went as far back as feb 17 [link to worldview.earthdata.nasa.gov (secure)] and it looks like it probably did originate in central Africa and just made it to the west coast yesterday.

You can go back months or years on that map if you have the time. Just hit the back arrow.

Suspicious 0bserver discussed it on his news a couple of days ago when the cloud was over the south pacific. Date showed an origination place of Africa and South America.

The levels of carbon monoxide that are showing on the west coast right are far higher than the data that NASA is showing on the link you supplied (140 ppm vs. 2000+ Ppm in some spots)

I would think that if a cloud of carbon monoxide traveled from Africa to the west coast of the U.S, there would be significant thinning of said cloud, but it appears that there is an increase in the parts per million from NASA monitors.
