Hartford Consensus falls short; lives depend on state of Connecticut admitting fatal POLICE errors at Sandy Hook
Though he has broken the law by claiming both that the SH victims could--and could not have--survived, Dr. Lenworth Jacobs has made remarkable, life-saving strides by initiating the Hartford Consensus to ensure that in future Sandy Hooks, children with survivable wounds don't bleed out unnecessarily.

Unfortunately, that's not enough.

It's not enough to say "GSW victims need more rapid hemorrhage control," without fully acknowledging exactly how it is that with the shooter down at 9:40 a.m., no child received hemorrhage control for the next 15 minutes.

It's not enough to improve point-of-injury hemorrhage control without fully acknowledging exactly how some Sandy Hook patients were finally evacuated to a parking lot that had zero ambulances present or available.

It's not enough to say "Stop the bleeding," without fully explaining why officers never told dispatch to send enough ambulances to deal with the number of patients who were bleeding. Why they never told dispatch there were not two, but 29 wounded.

Not one, single school district in our nation is aware of the fact that 1) many Sandy Hook children could have been saved, and 2) it was police error--not EMT error--that led to their bleeding out.

Serious research should be directed at why all of these children and nearly all adults died of fatal wounds and exactly what efforts were made to save them. Someone was not doing their job.

Which paramedics administered care?

You can bet the answers to this will not be pressed by the parents (for obvious reasons).

Dr. Jacobs made it fairly clear: they died because their non-fatal wounds were not attended to in time.

Though EMTs and AEMTs from Newtown were on scene by 9:49 a.m., they were not allowed access to the patients at any time. This despite the fact that only a few minutes later, police would begin safely evacuating children out the front door--to a parking lot that contained ZERO ambulances.

Instead of letting qualified Newtown medical workers into the school to apply hemorrhage control, or following MCI protocol by bringing patients out to MCI tarps, police inside the school instead waited until hand-picked TAC medics got to Newtown--Reed, Meehan, Cassavechia. Those medics then WALKED to the school; they did not drive their rigs up as requested.

Why? Because by that late hour, roads were thoroughly blocked and the children were indeed expired.

Parents were sold they myth that if they protested, it would play into the hands of the gun manufacturers.

And in fact admitting most children could have survived WOULD play into the hands of the gun manufacturers, because a "lone man with an assault rifle" was not in fact single-handedly responsible for the instant death of 26 people as falsely claimed.

But if the parents had had time to see the whole picture--that saving lives is a far bigger question than simply examining a particular weapon--they'd have instead argue for the full set of Sandy Hook facts to be made known, so that the tragic errors of that day would not be repeated at the next mass shooting or mass casualty incident.

But when your child has just died and you've got Sedensky's smooth-talking lawyers cooing about how these parents owed it to the children of the future to stay strong and stay silent--of course most are going to go with the flow.

I bet not all did, though.

Nice little fantasy you are constantly and desperately trying to drum up OP.

The fact is there is ZERO sworn eyewitness testimony, ZERO forensic reports, ZERO autopsy reports or photos and ZERO evidence that anyone died at all. Just a bunch of luciferian liars, freemason fags and low IQ cops telling lies in such a clusterfuck of stupidity that you would think the whole thing was planned by a 10 year old special olympian.

At least the OP's dime novel opens up the need of disclosure and transparency of what really happened. Whether you buy into her fantasy or not her concerns prove that the official story has so many holes in it that someone can even do what she does in painting a picture of something far outside the realm of what they claimed did happen and even though most likely not reality, it still proves the offical story is bullshit.

When you have sworn statements within a final report that contradict one another, that's grounds for reopening the investigation, period.

When you have hundreds of documents that contradict one another--enough said.

And yes, since the state's attorney divided things like a single, contiguous call into (in one case) 20+ different pieces (documents) with another 25 pieces (documents) missing, the problem is exponential.

Sedensky swore Rick's "three calls" were genuine. His own damn audio expert swore Rick's SINGLE call was genuine.

Can't have it both ways--not even in Connecticut.

An independent investigation of what each officer did that day, what efforts to treat were made, who declared the children deceased, which kids were in which room (based on ID's) -- UNDER OATH, with felony perjury charges looming. That would help clear things up.

The investigation should proceed under the assumption that a mass killing took place. That's the pathway to the truth and the best way to fight the obfuscation, avoidance, and outright lies.

Still waiting for the footage of Adam entering the school with Mr. Novia's state of the art camera.

Whichever version you believe in, OP has done something most of could not or have not. And is SOMETHING. Thank you OP! I am always interested in hearing about Sandy Hook.

Re: 60659307

He is right. If Sandy Hook was a hoax then it needs to be investigated. A hoax against the American people is reprehensible and if this were the case it would prove the government considers their own citizens to be the enemy.

If it was a botched rescue, as OP suggests, it also needs to be investigated to help prevent mistakes like this the future.

Either way they need to conduct an independent investigation.

Absolutely correct. The investigation proceeds basically in the same manner regardless of any personal theory.

And something I often point out: the state is under legal obligation to account for things like conflicting sworn testimony--which the final report contains in spades--as well as glaringly obvious evidence-tampering, vis-a-vis the chopped-up 911 calls (and their missing pieces).

Even the least-tuned-in American will be able to understand the visual significance of multiple 911 calls on a timeline that show gaping holes chopped out of the exact, same moments in time.

A closer read of the Hartford Consensus report DOES hint at mistakes made, though in an oblique way:

"-Training must include hemorrhage control
techniques, including the use of tourniquets,
pressure dressings, and hemostatic agents.

-Training must include assessment, triage,
and transport of victims with potentially
lethal internal hemorrhage
and torso
trauma to definitive trauma care.
"

Only paragraphs before, we find, again:

"Ensure assessment and triage of victims with possible
internal hemorrhage
for immediate evacuation to a dedicated trauma hospital"

It sounds as if possibly, in addition to external bleeding not being addressed, some cases of internal hemorrhaging were missed or not assessed properly.

But the point is NOT just that LEOs didn't apply hemorrhage control, and that they seem to have wrongly assessed patients with internal hemorrhaging.

From a LEO after-action report perspective, the equally-important question, which has gone completely unasked except for in our own discussions here, is WHY every, single NPD officer failed to notify dispatch this was an MCI.

Footage from overhead showed no bodies being rushed to triage zones.. just a bunch o people standing around and milling about as if it were a drill.

No blood...no panic.. no SWAT teams or EMT's actively trying to rescue or save people.

No evidence of anyone being killed during or after...

This was one of the biggest frauds ever perpetrated and will be revealed and people will go to jail over it.

There wasn't one bit of aerial footage of any injured being rushed out of building or tended to.

Not any shred of evidence on ground to suggest it happened. No blood...bloody clothing, guaze..nothing. This is all common during a MCA.

Yes, very odd indeed to let severely wounded children lie there, with emergency medical techs on site but not allowed to tend to them because they are waiting for "other medical techs".

Forget bleeding out. Let's go back to...did any of these kids actually get shot? Were any of them real? Were they sent off to the pedos for enjoyment because they had to be disappeared anyway.

Something seriously fucked up occurred there and it wasn't some autistic type with a 99% kill rate...
