It's not God's fault there is sin. However, God has to let sin play itself out to its horrible end so that no one will ever want to sin again when things return to the way they were supposed to be when the world was created. At one time, of course, there was no sin.

A whole scenario is being played out here. Some people get through life unscathed, while others have many issues to deal with (some of their own doing, some not). Jesus came to take all that onto Himself so that we can claim His sacrifice.

God has had much to deal with on this earth. You feel bad - think how God feels and what sin has cost Him. Do not despair, a better world is coming thanks to Jesus Christ.

And God did not create the "moral" evil, that notoriety belongs to Lucifer/Satan, and the Bible calls it the "mystery of iniquity". When Isaiah 45:7 says God creates evil, it means that when Israel or any of us willfully disobey, then we can expect to be chastised, like when we discipline our children. People need to read the Bible in context.
