Could you expand on that?

I would assume that subconscious intention and conscious intention would have to be lined up or else it wouldn't work....

To be honest, I think just practicing it will improve your skills faster than reading about it. No matter how cleverly someone explains the process, the fact remains it's about doing it, not about understanding how to do it.

No, just the intention to change it.

Example, "i bless my food". See i used a word to change the energy in my food. I love my food too, i do not hate it. You do not want hate or fear in your food. "I have no fear, i am dauntless". Just say what you want, this is how you create your own reality.

Place the object on a clean table.

If it is not an object or it is to big, do the following.
Take one of those square notes and use a soft lead pencil, like B3 to B5, to hand draw a closed circle on it. It does not have to be perfect. Now write a word (max three words) outside that circle that connect it to the object or emotion.

What is your dominant hand, right or left?

Hold you dominant hand about one inch above it.
Let that hand make small , anticlockwise circles while slowly moving that hand upwards. While doing so the circles become bigger.

You do the first circles imagining a very high pitched tone.

As the circles become bigger and your hand goes farther away from the paper the tone you imagine goes lower.

At a distance of about one feet the tone should be inaudible low, just a slow rumble.

Now, while thinking strong about the information you want to put in it, move your hand clockwise. The tone still a very low rumble. While lowering your hand the circles become smaller. You actually compress the information in the paper.

When your hand is at about one inch distance...stop.
Use plastic tweezers to put the paper in an ashtray. Do not touch it with your hand.

Now burn the paper in an ashtray, burn it and sprinkle salt all over the ashes. Stir the ashes and the salt with the plastic tweezers.

That is a very effective method.

I've actually read this. It's quite entertaining, but it's basically a woman's fantasy of being a Secret Princess who gets swept away by Prince Charming.

Cause and effect. Reap what you sow, Karma/dharma. Easiest way to transmute karma is through forgiveness of others and self. A little understood way of transmutation.

Instead if thinking of the tones you could use a sweep generator from 1Hz to 20 KHz, sweeptime one minute.

You can probably find this as an online function.

Record it and then record the same in reverse from 20 KHz to 1 Hz.

Stick the two recordings together and use that soundtrack.

I think the concept of karma has been highly distorted. I do believe in cause and effect, but I also think this concept is manipulated to a degree in this world by other forces at play who are trying to keep themselves from reaping what they sow. (Before I get the blanket response of "we're all one"... yes we are... however from my limited understanding, while interacting in mortal bodies and minds this separate reality is quite real and needs to be treated as such... or else what is the point of existing separately?)

It's hard for me to explain this in words...

There are plenty of atrocities that are being repeated over and over by the same entities, yet they seem to not reap what they sow... and are using the energy of people who don't know how to use their own wills to keep the pendulum from swinging in the opposite direction. (technically, yes, this is a choice of the ignorant, but it's a choice like electing politicians is a "choice").

I also don't agree entirely with the generalization of "you create reality" bit because aren't we all in a way contributing to reality? That means there must be an overlap of wills and intentions. I also feel that taking the right action is just as important as thinking about things since this reality is quite dense. Seems intention aligned with action is the key here.

In small scale life things I do feel this is the case, but if the majority of people are intending one thing and I am another thing, most likely the majority will over-ride my intentions in large scale matters. There's power in numbers, and "tptb" know this, which is why from my perspective people are being intentionally kept in ignorance. Without people exercising their wills, they cannot be accountable for their actions as the ignorant people are carrying it out for them. So in a way, it seems they are transferring their "karma" onto the ignorant masses by giving false choices.

A lot of (half)-truths that are out there are put so simply and bluntly that to the general population they will take it literally and think they can instantly manifest a pony or world peace just thinking about it.... or that they are being "punished" for karma based on a past life they cannot even remember.

I'm looking for ways I can align my subconscious with my conscious will and action... so all is aligned and there is no internal conflict. I find what keeps me from this is the subconscious aspect of things.

Karma has nothing to do with cause and effect.
Karma is never negative.
Karma is never a punishment.

Let me explain.

Every Universe is a school.

There are 41 lessons to learn in this Universe.
If you come here for the first time you have to learn 41 lessons, and not forget them. So, at that time you are loaded with karma.

Every time you are reborn is another moment to graduate for one of these lessons. Just don't forget the lessons you have already learned, otherwise you have to do them again.

You find the energetic representation of these lessons in the chakras. Popular belief will tell you there are 7...that is wrong.

There are 41 chakras, 17 below you, 7 in your body and 17 above you.

Don't bother to search the internet or books for this, it is not there.

I have seen reference of 41 chakras in a 3 hour youtube video, can't remember the title of it. It also mentioned that the most "advanced" humanoid beings that are in tune with all chakras are around 55 feet tall...

Where do you get your information? You seem very wise and your stories in voice chat are interesting.

Never heard about or seen a 55 feet tall human.

I found my information 35 years back.
The whole "7 chakra story" did not resonate with me.

Then with some visualising found chakras above me, found more and more.

Then I got a idea, what if I placed my lowest chakra in the middle of the Earth and went up from there. That turned out to be far easier.

When I had found them all I just counted them.
41 in total.

BTW I would be grateful if you could find that video and give me a link, if it is still on youtube or elsewhere.

Interesting perspective. I do feel our purpose is to experience and learn in general... however I feel sidetracked from this original purpose. I've posted this in other threads before... And I don't feel this existence is a place with a lot of learning going on.

I mean... So far in history we've advanced technologically, but it seems in a mortal perspective we haven't really come much farther spiritually. In fact it seems like we've devolved.

I don't want to get too off topic in my own thread...

My goal here right now is to make the best of these circumstances that I can using any higher knowing I can access and get as far away from here as possible when I die. I'm pretty skeptical of everything at this point... Even my own beliefs. But this is something I feel strongly about. Although I do try to consider all kinds of possibilities.
