I just have one question. If the knowledge is inside of us already, why would it need to be "downloaded"?

Going to the Zero is the real trick and eliminating white noise will help in the process.. yes the quiet works but for many this is almost impossible.. the Seven Breath method I posted earlier under Soul Groups will lead one to clarity on how to do this.. glad you posted.. Let us call this The Seven Breath Method. The objective is to take seven deep inhalations and exhalations during which time no extraneous thoughts will stream into your mind. If you can reach the seventh inhalation/exhalation of breath successfully without any thoughts in your mind (except for counting the breaths) you have made it! However, if extraneous thoughts creep in during your breathing, you must start all over again.

In the beginning, it is very common for thoughts to invade your breathing around the third inhalation. Start over again until you have inhaled and exhaled seven times without any interfering thoughts.

This method can be a lot of fun and quite satisfying once you've breathed in and out seven times without any thought intrusions.

You're now on your way to strong mind control.

It's a bit of a metaphor. To me it's like the knowledge is in one packet, I clear space, plug myself into my greater expanded self and "download" my own knowledge. Good point to clarify, thanks!

Thanks for your kinds words and for the instructions on the breathing exercise. In a post earlier in the thread I mentioned some interesting stuff in the link about breathing. I only did a quick review of it but the general idea is to passionately imbue the air you are about to breath with an intention (like for peace) then breath it in deeply. Thought it was cool.

I just wonder...did anyone try my advise?

I consider it a good and reliable method.
I know better ones but they require the use of special energies you first have to be introduced to before you can use them.

How could any one read what you wrote and not perform the act in their mind as they read...We perceive our thoughts as imagination of a realm that is beyond our physical perception, when in reality, we see that imagination is the manifestations of perceived reality...

Everything around us is just an illusion and a manifestation of our senses. We see therefore it is so, we feel therefore it is solid, we hear therefore it is audible...Our mind creates everything and our senses confirms it...

In a dream, do you smell, are there colors, can you communicate?? Beyond the senses there is so much more, so much to imagine and yet nothing to learned...

What science tells us is there are no experiences beyond the physical...However, science also tells us nothing is whole down to the atom (and beyond)...the electron valance is held in place by forces that push and pull against the nucleus, forces that hold everything in place, whether gravitational or magnetic, a void exist, a gap as it were, empty space... I say there is no empty space and everything is connected...The gap is filled with imagination and thoughts beyond physical understanding but exist none-the-less...

So in answer to your question, yes I performed the ritual as I read it, so therefore it has been done...The use of the physical manipulation of this query was not required...

I do not need to perform a ritual to accomplish this task...There never was "objects of emotion" that needed any further release...The world around me is already of my own making...

PS Can you understand why there is no finality to Pi (3.14...), consider that the circle can never close...

Crude and incomplete...

The poop still holds the same physical characteristics as the original banana...So you can't say that it was "transmuted" into a different physical object...In your case it would be more or less recycled with most of its energy absorbed by the body...

No energy, consumed is transmuted into another unless your intent was/is to make poop...Your physical body can only recycle that which is introduced to it, to its most basic form...When you run and exert energy that energy is not changed, it returns to nature as heat...So to eat a banana, it is used by the digestion system to replace the energy lost through, eating it, peeling it, digesting it, and yes by expelling it...However, it is still the essence of a banana, albeit a crappy one...

As I see it there is but one energy that is responsible for everything we feel and observe.
I would say it is light but that's maybe just an aspect of it.
It is this vibrating energy in different frequencies that sustains
the illussi..experience of reality.

So in this model transmutation is more like a change in frequency. And a banana has a totally different frequency than a poop.
