Re: Warning: Facebook, Google, Amazon, Apple are Listening
You guys are pathetic paranoid schitzo's. It's called a fucking algorithim based off searches. Lots of you say you "never typed or searched it" and i highly HIGHLY doubt that's true.

you're all fucking morons who are too stupid to even think one logical, reasonable thought.

This website is literally the trash of this world. Newsflash: If you plan to act this way your entire life, you are never, ever, going to be successful at anything until you stop being afraid of the real, normal world.

If you have a problem with that go to a third world country, i'll start counting the hours before you're begging to be back in the states despite you all bitching about it.

Stop complaining, get off your lazy fucking asses, and either try to CHANGE something or sit down shut up and take up more and more space as you eat cheetos and get cheeto dust on your keyboards in your moms basements.

Enjoy that life. Everyone dies, enjoy all the awesome shit the world has to fucking offer including your paranoid "technology industry is corrupt".

According to ALL of you, every damn industry is corrupt. Get over yourselves! I guess the only industry NOT corrupt are the idiots still here with an IQ under 100 thinking they're going to eventually get successful.

Not being a paranoid annoying freak, you aren't.

Nope. I'm convinced GOOGLE is listening. About 4 years ago I was discussing get new Brazilian Tigerwood flooring with my husband. I was sitting in front of my computer. At that point I had never done a search for hardwood flooring. Then I started getting ads for Brazilian Tigerwood flooring. It's a rare wood so it was targeted ads.

Then one Christmas I bought my husband a watch for Christmas. I was sitting at my computer doing stuff. My husband came up to me with his watch and said he was going to exchange it for a different one. I bought it at Costco, I never did a Google search on one - and the next thing you know I was getting pop up ads for that watch. They ARE listening to you through your devices.

Happened to me when discussing holidays. Mentioned Milan to my wife.
Next days were filled with Milan offers.

Easy fix: Set the default language on your devices to swahili. That will confuse them. Downside: you might get ads for camels or livestock.

Ha ha ha

As much as I buy sh*t from Amazon, they'd better be careful with the shade of my camel.

Re: Warning: Facebook, Google, Amazon, Apple are Listening
I've become convinced that the major tech companies are listening in through devices like Android/Iphones, Amazon Echo, Facebook apps etc.

We all know that your internet searches are sold and utilized for advertising, but more increasingly I have noticed that conversations I am having are bing picked up by these devices. Numerous times advertising directed towards me on the web and social media has been based on things I have been talking about but have had no web footprint of. Curious if anyone else is having similar experiences.
 Quoting: JeffersunTzu

Yes, of course. I have mentioned this several times over several years on this site. The crazy thing is, I had and have an Apple phone, but google responded to by serving obscure adds relative to obscure spoken conversations that had no connection to any type of web activity.

The only two times that this has happened (or that I noticed) was while I was physically on the property of high net worth individuals. Not truly wealthy people, but have several million dollars.

It could be happening more often, but I restrict most forms of online advertising.

But bottom line, most definitely, I have NO doubt that your phone and other devices are listening, and advertising is being served based upon those conversations. I have NO DOUBT.

Re: Warning: Facebook, Google, Amazon, Apple are Listening
I'm pretty sure that more than that is listening. I had my phone off, was in the living room with my father in law. I just got done talking about Salonpas pain patches that I use for my pain, and a commercial came on within a few minutes. It scared me to be honest. At any given time when we have company over, at least one person has a cell phone..who knows what apps they have installed. I will be having a live conversation with my husband and then get on my phone and there will be ads for whatever we talked about.

My mother in law is on pain management, she's a full blown oxy junky, but without it she can't live. She called me one time asking questions about her medications, no idea why she didn't call her doctor/pharmacist, but she's weird anyway. So naturally, I just googled it to find the answer...by the same night I was getting ads for suboxone/methadone type stuff. I thought it was funny, cause now my phone thinks I'm a junky.

My point about the car was that we didn't have a computer in there - it was the SMART PHONE that must have been listening. So it's not just computers.

Well I had somwthing happen like that. Everyday before I got a computer, I would get on youtube on the PlayStation. Every day for about 9 months I would get an advertisement for olive garden and wendys. And thats all they would send me in terms of adverts. Then I was in a supercuts that had a sign that stated that audio recording was in progress to prosecute crimes. Just for giggles I said out loud that I hated olive garden and wendys. And that I never will eat there again. Went home, hopped on youtube and voila, never had an advert from them since. Could it be a coincidence. Maybe. But probably not.

Much worse than that OP, just a sample of the BS being done:

"The federal government can read any emails that are more than six months old without a warrant.

Little known to most Americans, ambiguous language in a communications law passed in 1986 extends Fourth Amendment protections against unreasonable search and seizure only to electronic communications sent or received fewer than 180 days ago."

This would also include video and voice that are stored for longer that 6 months...why do you think the NSA crerated that huge data center...EVERYTHING IS BEING RECORDED FOR LATER USE!!
Thread: Emails/texts/documents older than 6 months, no warrant needed to read if stored on remote server, a/k/a "The Cloud"

"...selling customer information to law enforcement has become a significant revenue source for cell phone companies...July 2009 price list indicates that Sprint charged $120 per target number for "Pictures and Video," $60 for "E-Mail," $60 for "Voicemail," and $30 for "SMS Content." Verizon Wireless charged $50 for "picture content." Verizon Wireless could not "preserve voicemail, but can reset pass code to give access to law enforcement," according to the documents. Resetting a user's voicemail password cost $50. AT&T charged $150 for voicemail, but did not offer "SMS Content" or "Picture Content.""
Thread: Police pay wireless telecoms for every photo, email, voicemail, number, and text message. Menu of prices included!! Court Documents too!!

"Please be aware that if your spoken words include personal or other sensitive information, that information will be among the data captured and transmitted to a third party."

I've actually caught my ifone on, even the webcam.. One way of diluting it a little for a little while is to patiently sit for ages, hours! zzz.. clicking thru every fucking cookie. .keeping the ones you wanna keep, delete the rest. but is not that..effective anymore. They don't even need a PC or mobile phone, they got ELF's for listening to blue-mental & red-emotional brain wave patterns, in Beta, Theta & Alpha brain states.. Even!! put info direct into one's mind. A LOT of people, inc: me, been getting terrible high pitched & low humming in the right ear, usually between 4.5 27.5 Hz, carried on a 10 to 25 khz carrier wave. The actual signals piggy back, are extremely tiny. Even to see them on an oscilloscope, needs to have the most sensitive settings, don't know what they mean, but they are pulses. Analogue signals were ok, but these new inverted square waves are very harmful.. to human & esp: child health.
I'm going to try & go back to using an older type phone for most calls & stuff, not that I've anything to hide.
I think us humans are being prepared to be more 'open' so that when 'telepathy' is more common, it'll prepare people for that. In higher spiritual realms there is no privacy, everything!!! is known! Everything, no hiding place not even for private personal thoughts, so we're being prepared. ET's are highly telepathic, so it's partly to prepare for that too. ET's don't want a human smiling, shaking hands, saying 'welcome! you look faboulous' when the human is thinking 'you're a ugly looking twat, smell bad, you Mother's a whore, I don't ya at all.. think I'll kick yer head in mate..'' as ET's would pick that up. Be somewhat 'embarrassing!' wouldn't it.

ET..'can you pass the tomato sauce please.. cheers!'
Human 'yes of course, you're very welcome' but the mind
'get yer own fucking lazy dick head.. wot am I the sauce passer now.. jeeez..' yeahp.. gotta be careful of our minds.. heh heh..

Facebook and Google are the two big ones, plus any apps you download. I am getting friend suggestions on FB for people I haven't worked with in years, but THEY know I know them, somehow. Ebay, Amazon, etc., are all hooked into the network, as you can search for something on Ebay, and within minutes there will be an ad for that item on Chrome or FB. The only way around it is to get off the web, but I have nothing to hide, so here I am. I always have the sound and cameras off on my devices, so I have not seen any proof they are listening to me.

yeah.. have seen the components inside these things. Was shocked at first to find cams & mics in flat screen TV's, tho' more difficult to find in smaller devices sometimes, not that they can be just ripped out. I did disconnect one keyboard modem one time, which actually speeded the laptop up better, so left it like that. They also have infra red cams in there too. Absoloutely .. STAGGERING..!!! Really!

I'm glad people are starting to wake up to this Orwellian technocratic take-over.

Electrical counters are now made to relay information from smart TVs and other household appliances.

Special chips are being put into hard drives to replace the softwares that use to spy on your computer content.

PS4 and X-Box are constantly sending a video/audio feed, even when switched off.

Cell phone content can be swept legally from stingray and dirtbox devices.

Buying habits are being monitored thru fidelity programs and giant databases. Super-computers are used to data mine and flag content depending on the client's need.

Bio-recognition and bio-metric technologies are thriving.

It's stating to look more and more like the "I, robot" movie.

Welcome to the machine...
