Exactly. I mean many of the victims wind up dealing with mental problems like bipolar disorders and depression, anxiety, inability to sleep. Some people don't survive these disorders. These disorders can affect their earning capacity, academic studies for careers, ability to retain employment and their family relationships and social status and relationships.

Complacent legislature is nothing more than pointing a loaded weapon at the children these legislatures have a duty to protect. It's nice to see Alabama isn't going complacent.
