Ummm, according to atheists there is no one to punish sin, except for other people. So as long as you're rich and powerful you can pretty much do whatever you want.
Thankfully, there is a higher power that will punish rich and poor alike. Repent and believe in the Good News of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.
