I am trying to get some things straight for people as to how the feds operate. They often come back around with firearms charges, even on top of state charges. I saw this happen. The feds love to go after people who haven a gun if they are convicted. This was back in the late 1990s already. I agree they are going to give the guys hefty sentences. I thought this would happen. Once I saw Cliven's arrested, I knew what the deal was. This is political persecution for sure, but I am just relaying how they operate.

I have said this for a while but we will probably not hear from these guys until everyone has forgotten who they are. The fed can not allow them to be poster boys for the movement that opposes the BLM and got away with it. Now I am interested in hearing what Cliven is being charged with. He cannot be charged in the Malheur occupation...they got him for his Nevada standoff. They say he will die in prison. He should never have flown into Oregon, but I think his heart was breaking for his sons.
