I've noticed that the last 10 years has demonized drinking... and that causes shame... which shouldn't be forced upon anyone. Maybe we can start an Intervention thread to let Scrump know how much we care about him and encourage him to get help for his drinking problem. So what? We set up a slush fund? "Keep Scrump Pumped" or something? How about a 'sloshed' fund? we all can get sloshed.  |

We lost. So did Texas. And then Kansas. It took days to booster back up. I'm hopefully optimistic but Illinois and Missouri concern me. I have no hope for Ohio so I've written them off. Already I can't keep up with how quickly the pages accumulate, and if I was drinking too I'd still be on page 3 when it was all over! No one is forcing us to drink, but he can't help himself. He's addicted. We just have to wait for him to hit rock bottom. Oh, Lord. Scrump just pretends. He doesn't drink but once in a blue moon. I've been sober for over a year. Drinking threads don't mean people are drinking. But it's nice of you to care. Migster |
