Trump says people are fleeing Germany which will NEVER recover from Merkel's migrant folly

DONALD Trump will tonight spark a fresh row over Angela Merkel's open door asylum policy by claiming people are fleeing "ruined" Germany because it will NEVER recover from the effects of mass migration. The Republican frontrunner will say Mrs Merkel has damaged her own country beyond repair, adding Germans thought it was the "greatest place on Earth" two years but is now a "sad, sad shame".

Tonight Mr Trump will say: "What Merkel did to Germany is a shame, it’s a sad, sad shame what’s happened to Germany. "I have friends in Germany, they want to leave Germany. These are people that two years ago were telling me that it’s the greatest place on Earth and now they want to leave. I don’t know what happened to her, I don’t know what her thinking was, but I don’t think they are going to recover from it very easily if at all."
