Dream: Prepare for Phase II

I had this dream March 25/26th.
I dreamed I was standing on a upper open patio of a public building looking down at the people below. I was observing homeless street people when a skirmish broke out between them. Without warning one of them used an old piece of thin rectangular wood to shoot another man. The shot was like a laser that went directly into the other man's torso and threw him to the ground and disabled him temporarily, but did not seem to hurt him.
Then one of men on the upper patio ran down to take the wood and prevent anyone from getting hurt. He brought it up to the people on the patio and said, "He said it has Hebrew on it." We all looked at the wood, which had graffitti-like writing on it.
I could only recognize one Aleph on it and said so, and then the wood was taken another man on the patio who was known as very educated. He looked at it and said there was more than one Hebrew letter on it, but he couldn't read it and didn't know what it said.
I looked at it again and saw he was right: there was more than one Hebrew letter, but the Hebrew letters we inter-dispersed with other characters I didn't recognize or understand. But then I noticed there were English words at the bottom that the others had not noticed. The words read: "Prepare for Phase II."
Quoting: Elegant Walnut Yes. Interesting times ahead. I just posted what's below this morning. I woke up around 5:00 am and went ahead and finished reading the Gospel of Mark. I fell asleep around 6:00 and woke up about 10 minutes ago. During waking up I saw green digital clock on the wall, I think it read 0:06 . This happened about a week ago and the clock was counting down with the minutes going down and the hour was zero. There is now an owl in the back yard cooing in threes. Coo, coo, coo. Could it have been between Monday night and Tuesday Morning of last week? I woke up minutes after each of the bombings in Brussels and saw what looked like alarm clock number on wall but it seemed more like a 9 than 6. It flashed several times. Sorry I should have clarified more. Yes it was the morning of the Brussels bombing. I had one dream after another that night. Kept waking up dreaming waking up over and over again. I even posted a thread about this. That morning I saw the green clock with the minutes counting down and the hour zero. I saw what I think was 0:06 this morning. I then heard an owl cooing three times in a row over and over again. It was in our back yard I think.
