Insomnia is but one symptom of liver congestion. Do all the major cleanses and you should be able to sleep again without pills. The major cleanses are, colon, parasite and liver,(there are others). These are the most important ones and should be done in that order. Kits are available at most health food stores. You can also google them and find all sorts of formulas that you can follow on your own if you find the kits a bit too pricey. Good luck.
