Stories told that revolve around a strong connected to Mother Earth and the energy and our human part in the process. Similarities can be found within the teachings of Lao Tzu and Taoism, Chinese ancient wisdom, Buddha and the like. Difference seem to be the Chinese ancient wisdom revolves around the energies of the body. Hopi wisdom and knowledge revolves around the energies of the Earth. Blending the two together perhaps a bit of harmony can emerge. I have noticed the Hopi stories told vary a bit depending on the source. Calls into question the validity of some I suppose. This fellow below tells a cool story. Although his delivery is a bit poor as it is unrehearsed. But that does not bother me much. just throwing it out there. starts telling the Emergence story about 3:45 have a nice day :) |
