We did this test with Red wine and Welch's Grape juice. We seemed to have better results with the grape juice and also had better results when we only swished for 30-45 seconds instead of the full 2 minutes. We also strained the red wine through coffee filters because my friend kept trying to " debunk" the fact this came from our bodies...I can tell you the longer we did it, the larger the fibers became , and the larger the chunks came out and when we add the alcohol these things form together in lines and run and squiggle for dear life!!! Try it for yourself and report what what you see...hEads up, it's GROSS! Denaturing involves changing the shape of the protein and the unbinding of amino acids to each other--which is what is happening with the "movement" of the supposed organisms.
