You are entitled to your beliefs, but I've studied nutrition and health for 20 years, and worked closely with thousands for plenty of illnesses. One of the biggest mistakes many people make is thinking a bunch of supplements are going to heal their body.

Our bodies health themselves. What we need is to remove the obstacles from the healing that occurs naturally. As i said, 9 out 10 supplements are rackets, designed by greedy men to make money.

There are a few good ones, with actual health benefits and research to back it up, but most, like multi-vitamins, and thousands of others, are garbage.
