I think I am allergic to water suddenly!

Tap water contains other things too they use to treat the water like fluoride and chlorine. Try well water. Even bottled water can leech the chemicals out of the plastic into the water.

Put fresh lemon in it.

I drink plenty of water. But lately I am getting odd skin problems, which has me stumped as that I do not use store brand products for my skin care. I have, for years used only natural options to clean and moisturizer. No problems for 10 years, but now suddenly problems!

I was using lemon when it began, but in bottle. That is when it started. I looked at the ingredients, it wasn't "natural or pure"...it had plenty of Chems in it. So I got lemons, real lemons and used them in my water. But it did not fix it for me. Maybe it takes a while to rid the body of the chemicals? But if even the true fruit is fed chemicals, is there anything natural left to be had?

Do your best to seek the cleanest water you can find. Tap water is poisonous in many places...

I used to think that it was water that was causing my feet to feel like they were burning...now that I am on tank water I blame my shoes or synthetic flooring

If you can find spring water near your house that is the best.

We have one an hour away. It is just like this cement block with a spigot very close to the spring it is directly getting the water from.

OMG IT IS SOOOOO GOOD!!!

Water is essential, yet it is tainted, possibly all sources now? UnLESS you can afford and TRUST?

Get a Brita Pitcher, it's cheap and better than nothing. There are also inexpensive under the sink filters.

Or you could get one of those straws that purifies water.

I drink distilled and get my minerals from food. Theres affordable water distillers on e bay.
