I have an old 1948 Encyclopedia Britannica. It has a whole chapter on flouride, how it is a very effective RODENTICIDE, and is the second most toxic thing known.

NOWHERE does it say anything about it being good for your teeth.

I went to the periodontist recently and they presented me with a treatment plan which had Fluoride written like 7 times within it. I had them remove all fluoride from the plan, the presenter really didn't ask why. So then I show up for my appointment, Fluoride was all over, never deleted as per my meeting with the financial person. I was like nope, remove all Fluoride from this treatment plan...

So with the dentist later on that morning, he was like hmmm you have had no cavities, good but why no Fluoride? I told him it was a poison...he didn't argue. The hygienist when walking me out after I was finished asked me again why no Fluoride and I told her the same, she said she was going to look it up.

Amazing I haven't used it via toothpaste or mouthwash for years and I have no cavities at all during that time. Anyhow, that just happened so wanted to share.

I know it is nearly impossible to control the via skin fluoride that get's in during showering and such. I wish though. I don't have my own place to convert to RO and all that. But I do make sure I can control what I can in receiving it. No cavities at all...and clearer thinking ensues.

However the safe level for fluoride is around 1-2 ppm and the human body needs fluoride to maintain some body systems. She says it great for my (sometimes) bleeding gums.
