This is really awesome to witness!
Lived up there for a long long time and let me tell you, it is no easy thing, no small thing, to openly advertise as anything other than a "Regressive" up there.
Regressive = new word for Progressive.

It's probably been 20 years since I've been in downtown Portland, and from what I've seen it hasn't improved a bit. Well, it's a beautiful city. I enjoy living here. And i had fun today. But, yes, my ultimate dream would be to live in a luxury log cabin on 5 acres of land in the mountains. That sounds very close to what I want also. Alex's commentary should be pretty good on tomorrow's afternoon show at 2pm PST.
