Haarp and Chemtrails

Roughly two years ago the Chemtrail operation went from strictly horizontal chemtrails to a combination of horizontal and vertical chemtrails.

The Vertical chemtrails effectively lowered the clouds and the ionosphere. The energy beams from haarp were much more intense when the ionosphere layer was lower to the earth and filled with metallic nano particles. The result was a much more dangerous haarp and the ability to "bounce" beams at a much lower altitude to the earth to cause larger seismic disturbances.
