Some clearly have better HSOC and JTRIG training than others, depending on the subject and the level of Deny/Disrupt/Degrade/Deceive required. Aerial spraying operations are obviously very high up the Govt worry ladder, because a tag team shows up on this forum (and others) every time the subject is broached. They not only attack, but hang on like pit bulls, out of all proportion to the subject being discussed and the number of people involved.
