Something else I would like to mention is my personal belief about grief.

When we are born, it is with pain that a mother endures with birth pangs that come in waves that help her baby enter this world.

As we leave this world, it is with the uncontrollable grief pangs that come in waves to the people who loved us. The number of people who love us is what determines where we go and help with the transition. They signify the "treasures" we have stored up during our existence on earth.

So when you feel those pangs come over you, know that you are being called on to help.
