Cigarette man is a toothless meth addict. He wants money for a set of teeth, but is out of luck because Hillary intends to keep him where he is, face down in her crotch for eternity. It's a living hell for him but he sees no other option but to obey his master. So sad! I think it's the stink that irks him the most, but he is only allowed to come up for air to post bullshit, get his meth fix, and chain smoke a few ciggies.
