The mysterious Gnostic pantheos Abraxas. For this name the Greek table is used. Abraxas in Greek is Ἀβραξας. Α = 1, β = 2, ρ = 100, α = 1, ξ =60, α = 1, ς = 200, the sum being 365, the number of days in the year. This number furnishes the key to the mystery of Abraxas, who is symbolic of the 365 Æons, or Spirits of the Days, gathered together in one composite personality. Abraxas is symbolic of five creatures, and as the circle of the year actually consists of 360 degrees, each of the emanating deities is one-fifth of this power, or 72, one of the most sacred numbers in the Old Testament of the Jews and in their Qabbalistic system. This same method is used in finding the numerical value of the names of the gods and goddesses of the Greeks and Jews.

Two versions of the formerly lost Holy Book of the Great Invisible Spirit, also informally called the Coptic Gospel of the Egyptians (which is quite distinct from the Greek Gospel of the Egyptians), were among the codices in the Nag Hammadi library, discovered in 1945. It received the name because towards the end of the text it is also expressed as the “Egyptian Gospel.” Although it is possible that it was written in Egypt, it is far more likely that the name is based on connections made between Seth of the Old Testament and Seth, the ancient Egyptian god of violence, chaos, and storms. This Gospel differs from the Gospel of Philip and the Gospel of Truth in that it is not from a Valentinian perspective and instead focuses on a viewpoint rooted in Sethianism.

Just pointing out the elemental nature of the Suns. Goes with elements and what does this look like structurally as a whole versus each linear part. Think like the blind man story where each touch a part of the elephant and describe each part but do not see the whole.

Posted on 17 June on the bioRxiv preprint server1, the research supports archaeological evidence about the multiple origins of farming, and represents the first detailed look at the ancestry of the individuals behind one of the most important periods in human history — the Neolithic revolution.

Some 11,000 years ago, humans living in the ancient Middle East region called the Fertile Crescent shifted from a nomadic existence, based on hunting game and gathering wild plants, to a more sedentary lifestyle that would later give rise to permanent settlements. Over thousands of years, these early farmers domesticated the first crops and transformed sheep, wild boars and other creatures into domestic animals.

In the spring of 2012, when I was living near the coastal village of Sechelt, on British Columbia’s picturesque Sunshine Coast, I began hearing a humming sound, which I thought were float planes.

Venus has an "electric wind" strong enough to remove the components of water from its upper atmosphere, which may have played a significant role in stripping Earth's twin planet of its oceans, according to new results from ESA's (European Space Agency) Venus Express mission by NASA-funded researchers.

"It's amazing, shocking," said Glyn Collinson, a scientist at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland. "We never dreamt an electric wind could be so powerful that it can suck oxygen right out of an atmosphere into space. This is something that has to be on the checklist when we go looking for habitable planets around other stars." Collinson is lead author of a paper about this research published June 20, 2016, in the journal Geophysical Research Letters.

Doesn't matter if he hides or not, they know enough to find him. However, they can't catch him unless he consents to being caught. That's because he is very, very strong. He is also clever, and often 'lucky'. Unlike them, he is fighting for a love much greater than himself. And so the resources of the untapped collective are drawn to him, even without his willing it. Fate has intervened, numerous times. As he wears 'the crown'...of consciousness.

Untapped collective?

Yes indeed. Most people are emitting intentionality they have no conscious control or awareness of, since spiritually they are completely asleep. They aren't directing their intentionality so it is simply drawn to wherever a latent dream dwells within the heart. Humanity's "secret hope"...in some ways it's a form of art.

In what may be a record, lightning strikes that punctuated the season’s inaugural heavy rains killed nearly 100 people in India on Tuesday and Wednesday, according to reports in the Indian news media. Many were agricultural workers and shepherds in open areas with little or no protection.

Dome fields

The researchers used laser scanning equipment attached to low-flying helicopters in order to penetrate the thick foliage of the Cambodian jungle. Their work revealed earthen mounds and markings on the ground left over from decayed buildings made of wood and other organic material, Evans said.

The airborne scans, carried out in 2015, covered more than 735 square miles (1,910 square kilometers) of Cambodia. These scans revealed more information about the city of Mahendraparvata, which flourished more than 1,000 years ago, in the early years of the Khmer Empire. A scan in 2012 that mapped out 140 square miles (370 square km) of Cambodia had already revealed a sizable part of that city.

"Conventionally, the classical Angkorian period begins with the eighth- to ninth-century city of Mahendraparvata," located north of Angkor, Evans wrote in his paper.

Though Evans and his colleagues are still determining the size of Mahendraparvata, there is evidence that Angkor-period "archaeological topography," or the shape of the ground that appears to indicate a human presence, covers 15 to 20 square miles (40 to 50 square km), he said. Much of that archaeological topography consisted of grid-like arrangements of mounds, Evans said. Similar dome fields have been found in other parts of Cambodia.

The purpose of these dome fields is unknown. "Surface surveys and excavations of these mounds have revealed little of archaeological interest, and they remain among the most enigmatic features of Khmer landscape archaeology," Evans wrote.

"They're an interesting problem," said Roland Fletcher, a professor at the University of Sydney who works with Evans but didn’t co-author this particular study.

The grave of a woman with a bizarre, long-headed skull has been unearthed in Korea.

The woman was part of the ancient Silla culture, which ruled much of the Korean peninsula for nearly a millennium.

Korean dolmens exhibit a morphology distinct from the Atlantic European dolmen. The largest concentration of dolmens in the world is found on the Korean peninsula. With an estimated 35,000 dolmens, Korea alone accounts for nearly 40% of the world’s total.The largest distribution of these is on the west coast area of South Korea, an area that would eventually become host to the Mahan confederacy and be united under the rule of the ancient kingdom of Baekje at one time.
