Technological singularity

as we have discovered our technology for 150 years is consistently telling us the universe we designed the technology to function within does not exist

since our technology went outside of our earths magnetosphere (space) and finally outside of our suns heliosphere (voyagers) our global belief authorities are faced with a dilema

as our scientific and military institutions continuously design technology from the information technology shows it of our past 150 years, it becomes ever increasingly harder to limit the technologies affect without altering consensus belief
the backlog of design potential is huge because non of it can be utilized without altering belief
and
no matter what military or secret order we possess,you can only kill a traitor once
and
they become a traitor by breaking their oath
so it is to late for what they may have told or taken
so
the only option is never build something that without thought alters belief
there is no other way to keep it safe form causing belief torment
