If you mean Greece as in Greek gods, you're wrong, or at least partially right. All of Greek mythology is based on more ancient deities and events, from Thrace and before Thrace, but again on the relative grounds where today Bulgaria is located. There is numerous archeological reports of ruins, dated more than 8000 years before Christ, and even theories that the Egyptian civilisation has started here (a common proof to that is a metal scarab found in Bulgaria, dated to be pre-Egyptian, which is impossible according to mainstream archeology).

Also, it is thought that Bastet, the Egyptian cat-goddes (which probably of course is alien) is buried (asleep?) in Strandzha Mountain, today's south-east Bulgaria (and the most tasty bite that Turkey tries to get from us, via immigrants, political, financial and cultural influences in the region), and if you haven't heard of the "Tsaritchina Hole" and the workings that the commies and the military did back in the 80s, research your ass away, it is really, really weird. Just a hook - it is a place, where if you go today, ALL of your electronics shut down instantly and go back up, when you leave the area...

Sorry it's a bit off-topic, but I see you're a Truth-seeker, and got curious of you mentioning Greece, because IMHO, that's just a bit south-of-center, for the true curiosities...
