The proposal was well done, statement of work clear and the plan impeccable. Thank you for the effort put into the proposal, it was a breath of fresh air in comparison to the other plans which were complete religious garbage. So not only is the white rock is being given freely, but it is also being given with accolades.

(And not once did anyone from the Dragon's group annoy the shit out of me. They deserve the rock fair and square.)
