Apparently, there is a variety of 'psychic' which is aided by digital systems, they get this feedback of brain signals which is displayed on a monitor and get 'paired' to the mind with that unique 'brainprint'...I guess brains come in different 'archetypes' with different 'access codes'...but it's like an unrecognized filetype which is best understood when operated by a live brain to correlate against...

So with EEG heterodyning you've got biological brains interacting with computers and altering the electrical signal of the person under observation or whatever other tampering they do...and the heterodyning is when they take the 'psychics' brainprint and copy/paste it onto a target in question, which links those people...a link mediated by a computer...
