[link to www.bendbulletin.com] So this has actually been in place for about a year now. Most people are not even aware of it because the media very rarely has touched on it. But there was actually an article today. So yes the title is correct - even if they are living here illegally and they practiced whatever profession in their home country, they can now legally work here in the US doing that same profession.
