The big lie around D.C. is that FBI Director Comey is a straight shooter who doesn't let politics get in the way of his investigations.

Yet Hillary wasn't arrested on day one.

It's interesting how government workers are reluctant to leave a comment.

Didn't work with classified information.

Worked with personal information like... social security number of other people.

Any time an email was mailed to a different email account. Containing personal information such as ssn.... we had to encrypt our email...

The other person couldn't read the email received if they didn't have encryption...

We have information security officers... who monitor that shit.

You could only send and receive encrypted emails using your issued government email address.....

Because, your PIV card was attached to your email address. Think of piv card as caad card/ government issued I'd card. That encrypted your email and left your electric signature on your email

Strict procedures with personal nonclassified data...as it should be.

FBI Director Comey is in fact a straight shooter.

BUT the FBI is part of the DOJ.

The DOJ is run by the Attorney General, and the AG's direct boss is the President.

DOJ controls the prisons, as well as the courts.

Before Hillary can be arrested, a case must be built.

Once Hillary is arrested, she will need to be placed in a jail/prison.

For her to be tried, it must be through the courts.

The FBI Director KNOWS she is guilty of numerous crimes, but is attempting to
build the case.

It takes time. Anything short of the step-by-step approach will result is failure.

Yea, they can go kick in her door and haul her in, then what?

Throw her in jail? DOJ controls the jails.

Take her to court? DOJ controls the jails.

It's gotta be done step-by-step.

Yea, it sucks she is not behind bars but it is what it is.

50% accurate and 100% utter bullshit.

The FBI doesn't need the approval of the DOJ to arrest someone who has committed an obvious crime. The existence of a private server to conduct State Department business is such a crime.

The FBI already knows there were at least 22 emails classified abov e top secret. That is enough to pick arrest her.

This latest escapade where the FBI offered Pagliano immunity PRIOR to getting his emails is yet another example of utter crap going on at the FBI.

There is no effing excuse for this case to take this long before Hillary is even questioned. Everyone with a security clearance knows this to be a fact.

Once the FBI heard there was a private server, they should have swarmed anything and everything connected to Hillary with an arrest warrant in hand.

Further charges can always be added later. There is no excuse for not picking her up.

Six out of nine who have taken the poll thus far answered that they would be arrested within three hours. Four of those six said they would have been arrested in 1 hour.

How many hours has it been for Hillary?

these creatures are ABOVE the Law of the land - they are using Maritime Law ... and the agency responsible for giving a (then) private citizen access to the classified documents is - you guessed it - the DOJ ... so they would be incriminating themselves - and there is a HUGE "conflict of interest" happening ... and if all else fails - O'bummer will pardon her

I'll be satisfied to know that she won't be the first Woman president ... it would be a very very bad precedent to set and if women really care about women, they wouldn't want her representing their sex

Since Hillary should be in prison without bail but is not, it's important to highlight how she is being treated differently.

Should she receive the nomination, voters might like to be aware of just how dirty she is and vote accordingly. Although you and I are aware, a huge percentage of the people really are clueless.

Half the poll respondents of those who say they'd be arrested say they wouldn't have been arrested in the first hour.

Yet the FBI has still not arrested Hillary.
