Re: nothing is true, everything is permitted
the guy was saying that they are in a video game and that none of it was true and that it was all "permitted" a.k.a. pre-decided by a code
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 22500533

how on god's green earth did you come to that conclusion?
 Quoting: snaggle_poo

by thinking like a video game character which that guy clearly was

It means that everything you experience, imagine, or do, is "permitted" because it is a natural part of the phenomenal experience.

Nothing is true because everything you experience is not the true "reality".

that's the beauty of 'hidden in plain sight'.

when you know what to look for and how to read between the lines, it all makes sense.

I was trying to find some links to the later ones, but it seems even youtube has a hard time recognizing truth when it catches it..

ever heard of mundus subterraneus?

you can find it all over the bookshelves in abstergo in ac IV..

it's craziness..

Instead of 'disclosure', you can use the word 'nakedness' as the meaning of truth.

I understood your meaning, and true that, when truth is told, it's simplicity is the gauge to measure it's accuracy.

I had a teacher back in the day at a place where they were literally allowed to beat you when you got out of line, but this guy used his brain instead of brawn.

on his chalkboard read the words:

"it's never about the other person."

It was never meant to be a deep philosophical thought to us teenagers, but now that I am older and at least somewhat wiser, the depth of that statement still has me thinking.

when truth is laid bare, the mind that sees it no longer sees another person, it is always their self.

Re: nothing is true, everything is permitted
Well, this thread seems like a fine place to suggest this.

Since everything is permitted, i have an issue

At least 3 or 4 times a night I get bann3d for nothing more than tripping a word f1lt3r or a bann3d link.

I do not even post with my regular account because i want to keep it unbann3d

My opinion is that basic accounts and ACs contribute the most to this site so why can't you make the preview button show if there is one of the mysterious words or bad links instead of just the post and pray method we have to endure.

It would be much better for the forum if we could use our accounts without being fearful getting killed

This way nothing bad makes it on the board and everyone is happy.

If I had the money i could contribute but I don't so i can't.
