Sleep paralysis, aliens, and shadow entities
I think sleep paralysis is bs. I move around all night while sleeping and dreaming an so doesnt my girlfriend. The only time sleep paralysis comes is when its induced by the shadow entities and then they jump on me.
But I've learned to break out of the sleep paralysis right before they jump, and I always find I wasnt sleeping.

Anyone with a similiar experience?

Odd, I describe those as nightmares. I thought I was the only one that had those sort of nightmares. Oh well I wonder if there's some sort of psychology report on it. Wonder what it means.

Dunno, but I used to have them all the time and now it's been like 8-9 years since I had one. I actually miss them somewhat........even though they were terrifying.

They scared the heck out of me. Though it's interesting to see that other people have had those same dreams.

Well usually I'm dreaming that I'm in the exact place I fell asleep at and some unknown entity like alien or ghost is trying to get me and I can't move or scream or call out or anything. Freaky dream, glad I don't have those anymore.

Re: Sleep paralysis, aliens, and shadow entities
The black shadow entity always pounces on me and when I try to scream for help or move I'm paralysied, but recently I am able to break out of the paralysis right before it pounces, and when I do I am just where I thought I was and was not dreaming. The whole episode lasts only a few moments, but I have trained my body to be aware of the paralysis coming on.

Coming out of the paraylisis is kind of hard but if I can do it so could anyone.

Thats why I think its not sleep paralysis my body makes to protect me from moving around while dreaming...cause I move around while dreaming, so does my girlfriend.

Its induced paralysis, done by the shadow entities, and used to access my body for some reason. The shadow entities use it to subdue the "victim".

Since I have also had an "old hag experience", where a gargoyle looking creature was sitting on my chest looking at me, and me being totally paralysied in my bed looking at it, I have come to the conclusion the shadow entities and gargole like creatures are probably the same type of "shadow animal".

For some reason they usually only attack when I am sleeping on my back.

Re: Sleep paralysis, aliens, and shadow entities
Interesting topic indeed. If only I had the desire to elaborate my stories in finite detail. But I don't. By now I have become a bit protective of my stories, especially any strange metaphysical ones. I will share a little however, as I think it may be beneficial to some. Its a bit "woo wooic" but I experienced it so in my world it is real.

I used to practice OBE, starting around age 14. I became proficient at it by 16. One of the key components of OBE is a state similar to "sleep paralasis" where the body becomes so relazed it is practically numb. There are many other sensations and whatnot, but this is a part of the experience, where the experiencer disassociates themselves form the body. That part should be in bold, disassociates from the body.

I know of many types of entities. These ones that you are calling Shadow Entities well your title is ...inconclusive. You could more accurately define them as "Powerful men and women who know very special techniques for assuming control of a physical body of another human". This would be a mouthful I suppose but accurate. I know I know your very evident arguement "but they are NOT men and/or women". Once the energetic essence is capable of travel (without the corperal shell) a practitioner of such arts could form themselves into nearly any immaginable or unimmaginable shape or form.

Now, I give a gift of my collected knowledge, OP you may find this very handy. When you see or suspect a nearby "strange entity or energy form" point your pinky finger at it, and in your mind (or aloud if you so choose) say "True form" with the clear intent of seeing their true form. You will see your shadow turn into a blob of "light" with a strange hue, take note of the shape and hue, humans are roundish, as are most organics... It will take them weeks to recover from this one simple maneuver (you basically "broke" their form, which they can and will repair). The entity may return, but it is unlikely, as you have made it known to them that you are not completely powerless. Also remember that the FEELING of being powerless makes you so. This could be called "the Dark side of The Secret", the very art that governments and religious institutions use for the "benefit of humanity".

Rule of thumb: Only one conciousness can have control of your vehicle at any given time. If someone steals your car, and gets into an accident, you might not be held accountable. It is not the same with your Body, as all evidence points to You.

Reccommendation: If you are plagued by these things, learn as much as you can about your abilities to protect yourself, shield yourself, and repel them. I prefer letting them taste, and see for themselves that I am not palatable to them at all, most people are quite tastey however!!

lol

You're not gonna find any 'Psychology Report' on it...

Because that shit is REAL. It ain't no dream.

I think it has to do with the time of the year and the spirit world, I believe... but that was happening frequently to me about a year ago. My experiences were somewhat different though.

I'd wake up, sit up, or just open my eyes, and there would be a white mist in a corner of the ceiling in my bedroom, or "standing" in the corner by my bedroom door. They like corners. One morning, really early, I woke up to a "Person" walking across my bedroom, by the foot of my bed. I think it was a woman. But I couldn't see the face. It was walking strangely. Almost like in the movies, just not as dramatized. And guess where the "Person" was headed? For the corner by my bedroom door. I was sitting up in bed watching it and they walked over to the corner, and just stood there facing the wall. Scared the hell out of me. I covered my head up with the blankets.

That was the worst experience. They gradually stopped happening after that.

I've never experienced sleep paralysis. Even though I've been quite scared while seeing these things.

I've never seen a black figure though. It's usually always with the black figure that people experience sleep paralysis. And that makes sense doesn't it?

Some individuals have described being menaced, chased, or (more rarely) attacked by shadow people, there have also been reports of Shadow People appearing in front of witnesses, or lingering for several seconds before disappearing.
 Quoting: Wikipedia

Since the black shadows attack, it makes sense because they are dark. Maybe their energy is dark? In auras, doesn't this mean evilness, or deadness?

I was never attacked by the white mists.

It's pretty interesting.

I don't know much about the energy/aura thingy, but it makes some sense to me.

Re: Sleep paralysis, aliens, and shadow entities
The black shadow entities instill a tremedous amount of uncontrollable fear in me right before pouncing on me. But its fake fake, its not a fear I came up with logically, its been induced just like the sleep paralysis was induced.

I also saw a sparkely cloud/fog type entity, hovering in the corner of the room when I was a child, no paralysis, and there was logical fear of the unknown at seeing it, but not the tremendous "Fake" fear the black shadow entities can make one feel.

I cant control the fake fear they use and get rid of it, but I am slowly learning to function and have that tremendous fear at the same time.

What are these "shadow people"? I usually never see anything, I only sense it coming. I always see everything in black and white in those dreams. Though it could be because it is night time and our eyes can only see black, gray and blue hues when it's dark. If anyone has a definite answer, not just theory as to why so many people are having this type of thing (dream or reality) happen to them I'd be happy to hear it. Maybe not coincidence that I stumbled onto this topic anyways.

I dont think they are people. They look like a black thin towel or a black piece of thin fabric that has been thrown, and coming right at you or pounching at you. At least thats what these entities look like to me.

Other than that I have no idea what they are. But I'm sick of them attacking me so I'm finally fighting back.

"What are these "shadow people"?"

They are demons...always been around, but until now, nobody discussed them because of the men in white coats.

What we have failed to realize is that they have NO power over us except what we will cede to them. As far as I can determine from my own experiences, and those of others posting here, they are forbidden to do any physical harm, but they are allowed to scare the dickens out of us.

You have to rise up angry at this humiliation. Some past posters reported that they took some mighty swings at them and were bothered no more.

I had this happen once, it seemed very real, and very terrifying. It felt like a huge weight held me in place.

I said a prayer, and it vanished. I could then move. I was soaked in sweat. It has never happened since.

It may also be alien abduction of the etheric body instead of the physical body. It's actually a more common abduction phenomena. You might want to do some research about it. It used to happen to me years ago. I personally don't want ANY type of abduction.

They could be evil, I dont know. The only thing I know is they pounce, instill a tremendous fear in one that is "planted" in one, and they can stop one from moving or talking. They only attack around 2, 3, 4 am, and when one is sleeping or about to sleep.

I now wake up because I can feel the shadow entities presence and feel the start of its instilling of paraylisis in me. When I awake I realize I'm paralysed, start to feel the tremendous fear, see the shadow thing pounce. I then come out of the fear+paralysied state totally and am right where I figured I was. So its not a dream, but almost seems like it. Almost.

The use of tremendous fear (to scare me into submission?) seems rather nasty on their part.

Below is what I found out. I can tell you from my experience the Pi Yao is about the size of a football. It paralysied me the way the shadow entity does, but Pi Yao did not plant fear in me. It just sat on my chest and observed me. Which scared the hell out of me.

>>>>>>The Pi Yao is the heavenly variation of a particularly powerful and auspicious creature of good fortune. He is said to have the power to assist anyone suffering from bad Feng Shui due to having offended the Grand Duke Jupiter (Tai Sui). In 2005, the Grand Duke resided in the West, so those born in the year of the Rabbit will have been in conflict with him. Practitioners of Feng Shui should ensure that they display the Pi Yao in the West to appease Tai Sui. The Pi Yao should also be displayed in homes for those enduring a period of bad luck soon after moving into a new home or soon after undertaking renovations. In 2006, Tai Sui moved to the Northwest. His exact position in 2006 is West-Northwest.

The Pi Yao is depicted as having the combined features of a dragon and a dog. It has a single horn on its head, a pair of wings and no anus.<<<<<<<

Re: Sleep paralysis, aliens, and shadow entities
My first sleep paralysis episode happened when I was about 13 or 14. I felt a crushing pressude on my chest "flew out of my body" and found myself in a dark void paralysed with a mocking laugh in the distance.

That scared the hell out of me and almost drove me insane as I thought I had died and gone to hell.

My second experiance was in my early 20's again it happened in bed just before going to sleep and this time crushing pressude on my chest and extreme fear before flying out of the body.

I then learnt about sleep paralysis and what it was.

I have had it two times since I learnt teh scientific explination aand now all fear goes away, now when it occures I say to my self "Oh, this is sleep paralysis, how interesting" then I have some fun with it by saying "Oh great spirit, what are the winning lottery numbers" or some other mocking thing then it quickly goes away and I wake up.

Erm...sleepwalking is a state of malfunction in normal sleeping time paralysis. If you sleepwalk a lot the only thing it proves that your brains just don't work the way they are supposed to when it happens.

Sleep paralysis is a state which can be accompanied by hypnagogic hallucinations. This is usually regarded to explain most - if not all - of the paranormal labeled phenomena in cases where people have woke up before the experience.

Sleep paralysis is the most commonly found reason to explain the classic demonic visitations and what nowadays more commonly manifests as experiences of abductions. I know this probably isn't anything new to most of you but I just brought it up to highlight the fact that there's nothing in your description that would contradict with the reality of this condition. Then again I'm not here to belittle your experience nor am I debunking the possibility of something "paranormal" in some cases, either.

And now after seeing the Pi Yao, which was the "gargoyle" that sat on my chest, its now impossible for me to ignore the facts.

Either the Pi Yao is a cultural shared image that humans hallicunate every so often, or there is a Pi Yao out there sitting on peoples chests in the early hours of the morning.

Right now I think there is a Pi Yao, and shadow entities. Both seem to live in the same cosmic level which is somehow really close to ours.
