Mandela Effect - Jacob's Ladder
I'm not sure what I think of the "Mandela Effect" - and the only two popular "instances" that I relate to are "dilemNa" and Billy Graham's passing - but reading another thread today led me to this realization:

The film Jacob's Ladder - did anyone else think James Spader was the lead actor? Like everyone, I've "misremembered" things before - and it's easy to mix actors up 30ish years later... but I vividly remember James Spader in the place of (apparently) Tim Robbins in this movie.

Call me crazy, say I'm way off - I can take it - but does anyone else "remember" this?

Hmmm.. Don't think I've seen that one, but I might be getting mixed up. Was Spader in any Vietnam-themed films? I swear I've seen him bayonetted in the gut and having horrible flashbacks "present day."

Spader was in Jacob's Ladder. Definitely. Even up to a few years ago when I last watched it. Definitely not Tim Robbins.

It's always been Tim Robbins for me. It's practically Robbin's best movie aside from Shawshank.
