Once the "target" is compromised, the world rulers fast track the target's career, with a little hidden help here and there.
The end game is to end up with compromised individuals in all the top jobs and political levels, these individuals can then be easily manipulated to do the bidding of the hidden rulers.

It is due to certain persons in POWER having the PARADIGM (BELIEF SYSTEM) that their power and longevity are magnified or enhanced by encounters with those who are young and innocent.

I don't doubt that there are powerful people in Hollywood who also abuse much in the way of Jimmy Savile, though I do doubt that the problem of sexual abuse is as big in Hollywood as it appears to be THROUGHOUT the British Isles (I am thinking of the British police reaction to the abuse of children by Muslims also here).
