This verse clearly shows that the fetus is not valued as a full human life. If the woman dies, then the penalty would be a life for a life, as is due for murder. But this is not the case if the woman 'merely' miscarries because of the assault.

Logic dictates then that this verse shows that a fetus does not have the status of a full human life.

Show me the verse where it states to abort a baby that is unwanted.
