Terror, whether staged or not, is always terrible because it produces terror in some; therefore, terror is NEITHER phony or fake, nor is it a hoax. Regardless of whether people did or did not die, and regardless whether crisis actors were used, regardless whether it was an unplanned act of a lone wolf or whether it was the highly planned act of a state or other entity, regardless of the circumstances an act of terror is never phony, fake or a hoax. Much of what people call phony, fake, and a hoax is PURPOSEFULLY implemented as part of the plan to mislead a certain segment or just to introduce more confusion, aka terror. Even if it is just a web of lies someone concocts on their home computer it could still be considered terror if the intent was to frighten, confuse or mislead by the use of real or imagined violence and intimidation in the pursuit of political aims.
