I think this post is slightly misinformed.
We actually dont need that much food to begin
with, our liver transmutes 10-20 thousand calories
a day from various sources. Whn we eat to much
it has to use stored energy to break down the new food.
Humans diet is supposed to be certain plant oils and
proteins. That is it. Meat and processed stuff is so bad
