So she expected to be given another job by Trump after failing to do a good job the first time. Looks to me like she is the sexist one, she uses the fact that she is a woman to explain her failures.
Trump doesn't care what sex you are, he will yell at you or praise you if you deserve it. He will hire or fire you if you deserve it.
