I was honestly hoping that this was some kind of a joke thread until I clicked on the article. Then I was hoping that it was some kind of a joke article, until I clicked on the official link of NYC Human Rights website PDF. I am now hoping that this is all some kind of a bad dream I'm having and that I'm not really typing this reply because it just CANNOT be happening... ...
