I'm still reading about this topic on The Open Scroll. His study of the subject of who was Cains father is pretty compelling.
After "eating" from the tree, if it was just a fruit, then why would Adam and Eve feel the need to cover their loins (how humans procreate) with fig leaves? It does seem to be a sexual fall.

Have you given the scripture regarding Cain some consideration? what is your point? all these cryptic remarks...
