Yes!! I'm really getting the sense of how important it is to pretty much just hang out and do nothing during these energetic times. Lots of sleep, lots of clean water. Reduce all extraneous activity. Just sit and chill, relax, allow, breathe, be!! There's TONS happening on the etheric plane so good to just be still on this plane. Was thinking of doing a thread about it because where do you ever see this advice? Most of us feel guilty if we are not doing stuff. I still feel my little walk in the woods is ok.

Interesting read on the "crash" some are experiencing

Ok I noticed on amped up days I feel great and when it starts to level out my depression is more an issue...anyone else having thoughts. The typical emotional "crash" one tends to experience after a frequency expanding experience. Old guru friend of mine equated to this: the expansion we feel is like a rubber band expanding and taking free blissful flight. it hits a wall and collapses in on its self. To recognise the cycle of experience and work through it so the "crash" does not set you back that much

the rising frequency will wear you out. We are headed to around 3.5kHz or 3500 Hz. Earth is rising it slowly so we can bear it. The spike can feel good or a little disorienting. Depression can occur afterwards if you have issues you have not dealt with. Deep seated issues. We are being gently pushed to deal with our repressed "crap."
