Just so you know, OP, Christ's church is not the least bit organized, so please don't get the idea that it's the Catholic church which is as much anti-Christ as anything but Jesus Christ and his Spirit-filled followers.

Among the apóstoles of Jesús one denied him, one betrayed him,one he called satán,one doubted him unless he could see the wounds,and they all abandoned him when he was on the cross,yet they were his chosen,and they did complete eventually his misión.
