ARMA 3 Exile mod. PC gaming is the way to go.
p.s. Check out the mod for BF2 called Project Reality. I think you will like it.

I'll sacrifice staying at 1080p over mods and hax Well, mods and hacks are basically two different things. Mods when done well add to any game franchise. They expand the content, as well as introduce new gameplay. A perfect example of this is Arma2 Dayz. It used Arma 2 software as a platform for the wildly popular Dayz. Hacks on the other hand, manipulate the existing software, Usually in an attempt to disrupt game play of others, and or dominate game play. It's always very satisfying to kill a hacker BTW. Now if you're Nephew is download hacks, smack him in his head. As far as Hackers them selves in PC gameplay. If you have a good admin team on the game server of you're choice. Hackers are a temporary nuisance. This is all from a PC gamer perspective. Do the graphically, input interface challenged consoles have Hackers?
