Not to instill a little reality into this discussion, but Hillary has not committed espionage nor treason.

She has certainly broken many laws and will be indicted, but espionage and treason are not on the table...

To what deluded form of logic do you attribute this deduction?

Intentionally allowing beyond top secret classified documents to be on your server is considered a capital offense because it is assumed that the information would lead to the death of the person mentioned in the document. Does the name of Ambassador Chris Stevens ring a bell?
Yes, I did cure my Stage 4 cancer in two weeks when I was 48. I also reversed my chronic kidney disease (glomerulonephritis) when I was 25. In neither case were any medical treatments involved.

I'm on your side, but it still doesn't LEGALLY constitute treason. Take the time to watch the CSPAN video linked above.

I personally endorse firing squad (Televised), then being hung from the torch on the Statue of Liberty, so as to let new immigrants know how we feel about treason.

Any suggestions?

Naw!

Give her the same treatment MARINES get for the same offense

Lifetime Solitary in the Brig!

She would love the audience of a TV punishment and it would make a martyr out of the "first woman president" whether she gets elected or not....

Nope. The penalty for treason is death, as specified in the Constitution.

Aiding the enemy is treason. Knowingly making top secret info available to them is aiding the enemy. There are at least two witnesses, ergo, it's treason.
